**This is a non-residential workshop**
This course will support deeper understanding and practice: learning how to manage transitions over the course of a whole event; moving from conductor/actor introductions to audience moments and linking from one moment to the next; inviting stories from teller to teller, story to story, and on to ending a performance. How do you bring your full self into the many roles of a conductor, developing presence, managing rhythm, context & content?
Prerequisite: Core Training

Deborah Scott encountered Playback Theatre over 20 years ago, and works at bringing playback values into her life every day. She was Co-Director of Asheville Playback Theatre for 18 years, has taken playback to prisons, schools, festivals and conferences, and taught PBT locally and in Cuba. She is a graduate of the Center for Playback Theatre, and an Accredited Teacher. A current project is to align PBT with various facilitation processes, to better access the wisdom of the group.
