Getting to Manhattanville College

To help you plan your trip, following is important information:
Registration is between 12:00 and 1:30 on the first day.
Workshop hours for all workshops (except Theatre for Community. Please click here for those hours):
Hours on first day: 2:00-5:30; 7:30-9:00
Hours other days: 9:30-1:00; 2:30-5:30
Hours last day: 9:30-1:00; 2:00-3:00
If you are staying for more than one workshop, you keep your room as part of your tuition. But you are responsible for your own meals after your workshop ends and before the next one begins.
NOTE: If you need to arrive the night before your workshop or stay overnight after your workshop ends, please notify us as we need to reserve a space for you. There will be a $40 extra charge per night. For students arriving on 6/26 the day before the Summer Session starts, arrival time is after 3:00pm. All students must leave campus on 7/19 when the Summer Session ends.

By Plane
Manhattanville College is easily accessible from all New York City area airports: Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport and Newark Liberty Airport in New Jersey.
Once you arrive at the airport you can take airport shuttle buses to Grand Central Station in NYC:
From Kennedy or
LaGuardia Airports in Queens, NY, take the airport shuttle bus or taxi
to Grand Central Station. There are shuttle buses on the half hour from NY La
Guardia and NY JFK directly to Grand Central. Follow the Airport signs for
"Ground Transportation/Shuttle Bus" inside the airport. (Cost is between $12.00

From Newark Liberty
Airport in Newark, NJ., take the bus service from the airport to New
York City’s Grand Central Station. The Ground Transportation Counters are located on the Arrivals level of Terminal
A, B, and C and also located at the exit from the Customs Hall in Terminal B.
You will take a Coach USA bus—Olympia Trails Bus Company. Grand
Central Station is
located on E. 42st and Park Avenue. The Bus departs and drops off at 120 E. 41st
Street, between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, so you will have a very short
walk to/from Grand Central Station.

By Train
Metro North Railroad from NYC Grand Central Terminal. Harlem Division Line to White Plains. Click here for schedules and prices: http://www.mta.info/. Click on "Schedules" then "For lines EAST of the Hudson". (The fare is about $9.00 oneway. Manhattanville College is about a 30 minute train ride from Grand Central Station.)
Once you arrive at the White Plains train station you can take a bus OR taxi to Manhattanville College:
1. Bee-Line Bus No. 12 (The fare is about $2.00 oneway. The buses run about every hour. The bus is located across the street from the train station and it is about a 25 minute ride to Manhattanville College.)

From New York City
Deegan Expressway/New York State Thruway (I-87) north to exit 8. Right to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287), east to Hutchinson River Parkway. North on Hutchinson River Parkway to exit 27 (in New York, not Connecticut) at Route 120 (Purchase Street). Left on Purchase Street to campus.
