The Centre for Playback Theatre, under the direction of the Board of Directors, is currently engaged in a Strategic Planning process to map out the future of the organization. During the course of our process we are reaching out to stakeholders around the world to re-examine our vision, mission, and values with the goal of articulating an operational plan that will bring us into the next five years.
In December, 2010, we convened a steering committee composed of the following individuals:
Tim Van Ness
Tim is founder and President of Van Ness & Company, which utilizes Playback and action methods as a tool for reflecting organizational culture. Part of the first graduating class of the School of Playback Theatre, Tim served on the first Board of Directors for the International Playback Theatre Network. He grew up in New Paltz, NY and now lives in Western Massachusetts, USA.
Pontus Holmgren
Pontus is a licensed Psychologist based in Stockholm, Sweden. He is working internationally as a consultant within the fields of leadership, group and organizational development.
He is a conductor, actor and producer with TeaterX in Sweden and he frequently uses Playback in the organizational context.
Christopher von Baeyer
Chris von Baeyer is Artistic Director of Toronto Playback Theatre in Canada and Director of Client Relations for the Ariel Group, an international training and consulting firm. He is a graduate of the School of PT.
