In this workshop, you will gain the physical and spiritual tools to translate your inner life into movement-based theater . What makes Nina's workshops unique is her emphasis on the integration of body, mind and spirit.

Motion Theater is a form of unbounded self-expression that is remarkably satisfying. The sessions include relaxation, meditation, movement, singing, storytelling, and theater games. There will also be time for playback theatre (coordinated by Hannah Fox). Expect to surprise yourself, to become more playful and at ease before an audience, and to leave with an enhanced sense of well-being in both your personal and creative lives.

Prerequisite: Core Training and/or prior experience in Motion Theatre
