This course begins with registration at 1 p.m. on the first day and ends at 3 p.m. on the last day.

This course is designed to give experienced playback theatre practitioners practical information for teaching pt at an introductory level. The course will include:

• instruction in essential curriculum;

• review of pedagogical principles for teaching playback theatre;

• learning the competency outcomes expected from students after an introductory pt course.

Each student will receive materials summarizing key concepts and outcomes and receive a certificate of completion.

*This course is precursor to a new qualification for teaching introductory playback theatre. Participants will be recognized once the qualification is established.

Prerequisite: PT Experience, or by instructor’s permission
